Delivery Information
The Dark Rose Emporium offers delivery within Sweden, to selected EU countries, and certain selected countries outside the EU. All orders are processed within 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order has been confirmed and payment has been received.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to the carrier so you can track your shipment.
If there are delays in processing your order (for example, due to high volume or supplier delivery issues), we will notify you as soon as possible via email.
Delivery Times
Normal delivery time within Sweden is 2–5 business days after the order has been shipped. Delivery time to other countries varies depending on the country, but is normally between 5–10 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as the carrier's workload, weather conditions, or customs processing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. We sometimes offer free shipping over a certain order value – current information is always shown at checkout.
Any customs duties or import taxes for deliveries outside the EU are paid by the recipient.
Unclaimed Packages and Incorrect Address Information
If a package is returned to us because it was not collected or due to incorrect address information provided at the time of order, we have the right to charge a fee for return shipping and handling (currently 150 SEK). If you want us to resend the package, you are responsible for the new shipping cost.
Transfer of Risk
The risk for the goods transfers to you as the customer when the goods have been delivered to you, i.e., when you have physically received them. If you choose delivery to a pickup point, the goods are considered delivered when they have arrived at the pickup location.
If the goods are damaged or lost during transport before they have been delivered to you, we as the seller are responsible.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package or product is damaged upon delivery, contact us immediately via email at info@darkroseemporium.com and attach photos of the damage. If something is missing from your order, notify us within 7 days of receipt and we will help you resolve it.
Undelivered Shipments
If your package has not been delivered within a reasonable time (more than 14 business days after expected delivery), contact us and we will investigate the matter together with the carrier. In case of confirmed loss, we will send a new item or refund the purchase amount, depending on your choice.
