Welcome to The Dark Rose Emporium! These terms and conditions of use and purchase ("the Terms") apply to all visits to our website and to purchases of products through our online store, which is operated on the Shopify platform. By using our services or making a purchase, you accept these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy.

2. Age Limit
To shop with us, you must be 18 years of age or have parental consent. By making a purchase, you certify that you meet this requirement.
3. Orders and Agreements
When you place an order in our online store, you enter into a binding purchase agreement when you receive an order confirmation via email. We reserve the right to decline an order if there are clear errors (e.g., in pricing) or if the item is out of stock. All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT, or in local currencies.
4. Payment
Payment is made via the payment options offered at checkout (e.g., card, Klarna, PayPal, etc.). You undertake to provide correct payment information and that you have the right to use the selected payment method.
5. Delivery
We normally ship your order within 5-10 business days; processing time may vary depending on whether items are in stock or not. Delivery time may vary depending on destination and carrier. The risk for the goods transfers to you only when you have received them. If delivery is delayed, we will contact you via email.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Contracts Act)
As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you received the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, contact us at info@darkroseemporium.com and provide your order number. The goods must be returned in essentially unchanged condition. You pay the return shipping yourself if the goods are not defective. Refunds are made using the same payment method used at purchase within 14 days after we receive the goods or proof that they have been sent back. You can use the Swedish Consumer Agency's standard form for right of withdrawal.
7. Complaints and Defective Goods
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you have the right to make a complaint according to the Consumer Sales Act (2022:260). Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered, but no later than three years. Contact us via info@darkroseemporium.com and describe the defect, preferably with photos. If the complaint is approved, we will compensate you according to law – either through repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.
8. Products and Colors
We do our best to display our products as accurately as possible. Please note that colors may appear different depending on screen settings and lighting. We reserve the right for any typographical errors, clearance sales, or minor variations in design.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the website (text, images, logos, design, graphics, etc.) belongs to The Dark Rose Emporium or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. No part may be copied or used without our written permission.
10. Account and Security
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to anyone else.
11. Prohibited Use
You may not use our website:
- for illegal purposes,
- to harm, insult, or mislead others,

- to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
We reserve the right to terminate or block accounts that violate these terms.

We comply with applicable legislation for consumer purchases. We are not liable for indirect damages beyond our reasonable control, such as delays caused by carriers or force majeure. However, your statutory rights are not affected by this limitation.

We process your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The purpose is to be able to handle orders, payments, and customer service. We share information with payment service and supplier partners only to the extent required to complete your purchase. 16. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes are resolved primarily through contact with our customer service.
